Don't go here, horrible customerr service!! This place is a joke. They don’t stand behind there warranties or work. I had my clutch replaced over a year ago, as recommended by the dealer. Nothin This place is a joke. They don’t stand behind there warranties or work. I had my clutch replaced over a year ago, as recommended by the dealer. Nothing was wrong with my clutch I was just having my transmission serviced and they said now would be a good time to do the clutch because it’ll be much cheaper now that the transmission is dropped. Once again nothing was wrong with my old clutch, not a squeak, not a chirp no weird spongy feel nothing! I take my truck into Maita always, oil changes major repairs everything. I’ve had 2 major repairs and countless oil changes in the last year I’ve purchased over $6,000 dollars in repairs and parts. Wheel bearings, tranny 100,000 mile service and countless maintenance and oil change visit. All the loyalty and return visits mean nothing. Upon an oil change visit I inquired about a squeak my clutch was making. They verified it was my throw-out bearing. This was roughly 7,000 miles later after my new clutch was installed, so within their 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. After telling me it’s the throw-out bearing they then tell me that they don’t replace the bearings and if something was wrong with my clutch itself it’d be covered under warranty but since it’s not I’d be looking at another couple grand in repairs. After doing some research I’ve found out that every time you get a new clutch they replace all the soft parts including bearings as well as new pressure plate and resurfacing flywheel. Roughly 12,000 miles later the chirping and squeaking is driving me insane and I leave a review on google. They now proceed to tell me that they did replace the bearing but now it’s out of warranty there’s nothing that they could do and id have to pay out of pocket. They say if they drop the transmission and they find out I caused the bearing to go out that I’ll be liable for all charges. I’ve had my original clutch for 100,000 miles with nothing wrong so how would I cause this one to go bad! They don’t stand behind their warranties or work and customer service is nonexistent. Don’t go here!! After my first inquiry within the warranty range which they have documented they should understand I did everything I should have and try to make it right! As you can see all they comment back and say is “refer to our service manager for any concerns” and by the reviews that gets you nowhere! More

Person knew what my car needed done. I had my oil changed in September and my air filters were okay. I went in for a free winter check up, knowing I needed windshield wipers, and probabl I had my oil changed in September and my air filters were okay. I went in for a free winter check up, knowing I needed windshield wipers, and probably new air filters at this time. Customer Service was excellent. Zack explained that my car needed fuel system clean due to mileage. I had a squeak when reversing and the mechanic was going to look at it, if viable, and check brakes again ( came in without appointment in early afternoon). Brought in book to read while they maintained my car. Squeak is gone and I feel I can drive my car safely on the roads. Zack is an excellent customer service rep. He explained the procedure my car needed and why I should have it done now due to mileage. My car was the last of the day, and he told me that next time I come in, they will change out the license plate light bulb; brakes are good, tires are in excellent shape, and I am good to drive in the winter months. More

Initially, i was told th After receiving a letter alerting me to a serious recall for Tacoma rear leaf springs, I immediately contacted Maita Toyota. Initially, i was told that the kit was on back-order and that it may take as much as 6 weeks for it to arrive. Made sense, theres a lot of Tacomas out there. Well two weeks later the kit was in and I was scheduled to come in 2 days later. The gentleman that greeted me was professional and very personable. We chatted about work, my military past and the holidays. Made me feel very at ease. 6 hours later my truck was ready and the same gentleman was there to sign me out. I truly appreciated being treated like an old friend and definitely hope others will come to Maita Toyota for all their auto needs. THANKS MAITA!!! More
Not performing services as promised I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the I turned in the vehicle for a regular maintenance. The maita should change the oil, do multipoint checking, check the tire pressure, etc. Before the service, my tire pressure was 27, 28,29 and 29. After the service, it is said on their paper the pressure of all 4 tires have been adjusted to 35. Guess what, all the tires' pressure remain the same like before the service. That indicate Maita has lied on their service report. Maita can't even adjust the tire pressure, how can you expect them and rely them on the other more important services? I will switch to other dealership for my future vehicle maintenance. More
