Angelo was personable, professional, knowledgeable, clear, and thorough. I was able to get work done while I waited for my service in the comfortably spacious lounge. The coffee bar and the attendant are also excellent, a marked improvement from a few years ago. The only negative (which was minor) from this most recent visit was that my car was slightly delayed in being ready for pickup when the service was done. This was the first time something like this happened in 3 years! I intend to keep having my vehicle serviced here, because they do it right. Scott C More

Everything went well, car works great. I had an appointment at 10:20, the service writer was waiting for me and processed my request immediately. Great customer service, just took longer than planned I love the customer service here, and a great lobby to wait in. The staff is really friendly and seemed to do their best to get me what I needed.
