Had my 2017 Prius C (90k miles) from 11/11/24 to 12/6/24. Communication was very limited throughout. I feel like this service should’ve been covered by Toyota’s Customer Support Program 24TE01, but instead had to pay $3,781.12. Bought my car new in 2017. Will not buy a new Toyota again. More

Staff not engaged, didn’t seem to care much. Lackluster 1st experience for me. I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and still had to wait another 20 minutes until I was checked in.
