Service re: radiator replacement Mr. Mike Latham handled our issue about a radiator replacement. We were impressed with his response to our concerns and how he really went above and Mr. Mike Latham handled our issue about a radiator replacement. He followed up with a personal examination of the radiator as well as to fully review the service invoice. He was very factual and specific about the entire matter, explaining both our concerns and those of the company.
