Your adviser should have talked to his supervisor while I was there to rectify the problem.. I am 70 years old with bad knees. I had just driven 40 minutes to get there. Sitting for 1 1/2 hours would have pushed me to the limit, 2 1/1 hours was just not doable. He did not reach out and try and help me. I see a lot of negative comments regarding the time you take to do an oil change. This was not even an oil change. Rotate the tires, check the fluid levels and bam done. I would have moved my service ahead of someone not waiting. The 15 minute wait to even get acknowledged is pretty indicative of your shortage of employees. There were cars stacked all over and very few staff outside. You had tons of advisers inside. Anyway thanks for the offer but I am not interested in driving that far again on the chance next time will be better. My appointment was at 1:30. Please explain why once you knew you were that far behind someone didn't call me and give me the option of rescheduling?
