Problem with Oil Change was professionally resolved by Mngr I experienced some shoddy workmanship in terms of an oil change. I brought my concern to the attention of the Lead Assistant Service Manager MARLON N I experienced some shoddy workmanship in terms of an oil change. I brought my concern to the attention of the Lead Assistant Service Manager MARLON NONOG. He patiently listened to me, agreed that my issue was significant, had the vehicle brought back to the service area for corrective diagnosis and action, and had me out of there with a minimum of further delay, as I had already been at the dealership for two hours on an appointment basis for a simple oil change and maintenance inspection. MARLON NONOG salvaged a potentially difficult customer service problem with his professional, no-nonsense approach. He even offered me a free oil change for my wasted time and trouble. MARLON NONOG knows how to deal with the public, and is a real credit to Maita Toyota. He is in a difficult position, but handles himself expertly. I give three stars to the actual dealership, but five stars to MARLON NONOG -- overall grade of four stars. He is a real pro and should be paid to share his wise approach by training other members of the staff. Management at the dealership is welcome to contact me if they wish to discuss further details. They are friendly and helpful, take care of the service you are in for, and let you know if there are an other Maita Toyota has a great service team! They are friendly and helpful, take care of the service you are in for, and let you know if there are an other things your car might need (e.g. wiper blades, etc.). Their prices are fair, and they always let you decide what you want to do. Honestly, it's easier to just have them do it. Over 12 years and two cars, I've never had a car break down on the freeway. If it's just a service, get a cup of coffee, do some emails, watch the news on TV, and they are usually done in 45 minutes to an hour. If its something bigger and they need the car for a few hours, they'll arrange an UBER to and from work. More
