Paying for service On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charg On 09/20/2019, I brought in my 2017 Prius for service and a rattle in the dash. The rattle was diagnosed as a lose geo sensor lens cover. I was charged $160.00 for this service, which I previously reviewed as being unreasonable as I believe this rattle is a defect. I haven’t had any feedback about my complaint. Then on October 1, while attempting to use my GPS my Prius kept giving me inaccurate driving instructions. I finally used my iPhone to get to where I needed. As I drove to Maita Toyota on Business 80, my Prius GPS showed me to be in Natomas and driving off-road. I was told that I needed to make an appointments for this repair. On October 7, 2019, I took my car in to Maita Toyota. After a 3-1/2 hour wait, my car was repaired. It was found that the antenna was not plugged in. So now not only have I paid for a service that I didn’t feel I should have and now I spent 3-1/2 hours more of my time for a related mistake or problem. I believe that Inshould n Be reimbursed for the $160.00. More

Waste of time I brought my vehicle in to have the alarm system diagnosed. I instructed by KARR to bring it to this location because this is where the vehicle was or I brought my vehicle in to have the alarm system diagnosed. I instructed by KARR to bring it to this location because this is where the vehicle was originally purchased. I was told by the KARR company it would be free. I was told to talk with a specific KARR technician at this location. I was NOT able to talk to the KARR technician, and my problem was incorrectly diagnosed. Maita wants to charge me $160 to diagnose it. Maita told me I could pay over $500 for new key remotes, but that's not the problem. Maita told me they could put a new alarm system in for $400. Maita made me wait almost 2 hrs. to tell me nothing I didn't already know. Now Maita wants me to come back to try to rip me off some more. More
