I was blessed by Maita on October 19th, 2019 i had just gone to Elk Grove Toyota where i had purchased my Toyota. i was harshly greeted by 3 of their service folk. Broken promise Sales rep Jonni was very nice and helpful. However, desk manager Lance quoted me a deal TWICE that later he admitted he could not honor. I bought my current RAV4 at your dealership and this would have been my 4th toyota. I have also worked in sales extensivelly and NEVER offered a customer a deal I could not honor. Additionally, had the businesses I worked for encountered such an issue we always did our best to make the customer happy and that was also not done. This experience epitomizes the reason sales people get a bad rap, because they earn it. More

Prepare to wait I bought a used Hyundai at this dealership. I was kindly offered a free oil change and all-point inspection. The 3 hour wait, with an appointment, rem I bought a used Hyundai at this dealership. I was kindly offered a free oil change and all-point inspection. The 3 hour wait, with an appointment, removed the value for me. The regular cost for this service is $69 PLUS $30 for a non-Toyota vehicle. So, the message to me is that they don't want to service my Hyundai, even though I bought it from them. Needless to say, I did not make a return appointment. More
