I made an appointment for routine oil change & checkup for Tues, I waited in the lane #1, (for appointments) for 90 minutes without any contact from employees regarding such a long delay with appointment. for Tues, I waited in the lane #1, (for appointments) for 90 minutes without any contact from employees regarding such a long delay with appointment.
