I took my vehicle in for the first prescheduled Toyota Care service which included having the fluids checked and rotating the tires. At that point he did inquire about the vehicle and helped to speed up the process of getting the job completed. More

I only drive about 5k miles a year because I work from home. So my oil changes are based on time elapsed and not mileage. I thought the pre-paid maintenance contract only applied when bringing the car in home. So my oil changes are based on time elapsed and not mileage. I thought the pre-paid maintenance contract only applied when bringing the car in for servicing at the mileage benchmarks. So I paid for an oil change elsewhere 6 months ago since the mileage was nowhere near the first mileage benchmark on the scheduled maintenance reference list. Had I known that the contract would apply even if I brought the car in before the stated mileage benchmark, I would have saved paying for an o/c elsewhere. But this is not stated anywhere in the printed material. Even now, I'm only assuming this is true. More
