Supervisor Val does not remember speaking to me when I called a few weeks prior about my tires. I asked him to put in a note about the horrible service I received since He said there was no way to officia called a few weeks prior about my tires. Since he was the one who noted my complaint, I expected him to initial the note to remind himself that he was the one who wrote it. I need a good record keeping of the services Maita has been providing because it has been disappointing since day I drove my car off the lot. Initialing is the least Val could’ve done since they make their rep responsible for each services. Instead I come back to my next service with the same rep, Angel, to find out that Val did not notate what I asked him to do correctly. Only reason, I gave a 2 star is because Val obvious realized how disappointed I have been with Maita’s services and offered me a laughing $20 off my next service when I already bought the maintenance plan. If Val didn’t remember me from before, how do heck is he going to remember that he even offered me the $20 off for the future? More
