Maita performed an oil change and a tire rotation. The experience overall was a pleasant one. Where they need improvement is in the time required. My neighborhood oil change shop seems just as busy as M experience overall was a pleasant one. Where they need improvement is in the time required. Rip off. I came in to have an issue with my car fixed. Nothing was fixed but they still charge me an exhorbitant fee for just inspecting how to fix the issue. I have been coming to Maita since 1989 or so. This was the first time that there were grease finger prints and shoe prints in my car. Very disappointed that since we no longer work with a particular team the first time that there were grease finger prints and shoe prints in my car. Very disappointed that since we no longer work with a particular team that things are starting to go down hill and the care of my car was not like before. I know that things are being blamed on Covid, but managers should be checking on those types of things. More
