They are always responsive and appropriately concerned when I have questions about my cars service. I told the clerk that I had two free oil changes left. He told me I could only use one before the end of the year. If I have two, I can use them whenever I want. I can go a week later if I wanted to. I got the oil change and I got a tire rotation I don't believe that I got a tire rotation after all. All of my tires were reading low. I took it to get the tires inflated and they were all in the 20s. So I don't believe I got my tire rotation after all. The fact that my car was not returned to me appropriately makes me doubt the complete service. I'm not even sure if I got an oil change. I will never return to Toyota Sacramento. I will continue going to Roseville despite living in Sacramento. More
