The staff members are wonderful, responsive, and hardworking, and the work is done well. However, I am not the only person who has had to wait a long time just for check in at Maita. I made an app hardworking, and the work is done well. However, I am not the only person who has had to wait a long time just for check in at Maita. I made an appointment for a recall repair and waited at least 20 minutes in line in my car. Three people came by my car to greet me and ask me what I was having done, but it wasn't till the fourth person that I was checked in. They either need to schedule fewer appointments or get more staff members--Maita could afford it. Also, they had told me to bring the car in with less than half a tank. I did, about 40% full. When I got the car, the EMPTY light was on and I had a range of six miles to drive before it would run out. The odometer read 100 miles more than it had when they had checked me in. They did not mention this and I have no idea why. They did keep the car overnight; maybe they drove it to Stockton from Sacramento for the repair? More
