The wait time for drop off is ridiculous! I waited in my car with my screaming baby for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. And I arrived early! I will never forget that. Thankfully Jeremy was able to turn my experience around and get me rescheduled for the following day, first thing in the morning. Bad communication. Was told I would need a mold kit and that they would keep my vehicle overnight for it. Then was told to come get my vehicle the next day the part wou Was told I would need a mold kit and that they would keep my vehicle overnight for it. Then was told to come get my vehicle the next day the part would take a while and I needed to pay half of it now and then the rest later. 3 weeks later no response as to the part. And I feel like this is the same story I got another time. Why would I be charged for a part and then have to schedule another appointment for the part to be installed and pay another service fee for that part and inconvenience me more. Bad communication, still no part. This must be a scam More
