We knew we wanted a Toyota; we knew we didn't want to buy it from our hometown dealer (they are greedy and rude!), and, having visited Maita before, we knew we wanted to buy it at Maita, and from Dave Lundgaard. He has always been fair and kind to me in previous visits. He is personable, patient, and honest. Plus, Maita always has the best prices. No dealer markup games. Dave went above and beyond in all regards, to make this a very special occasion. It involved a quick out-of-state delivery which was very carefully orchestrated, and went off flawlessly. Before we get into that arena, I will need to know the best deal Miata Toyota has to offer. My father in law is a repeat customer of yours and he is encouraging us to buy from you. I am inclined to take his advice; however, we are negotiating with two other area Toyota dealers as well. The dealer that makes us the best offer and who makes this transaction as pleasant as possible will get our business." Mehdi responded the same day, quoted me an incredible price and then worked with us over a couple of day period to finalize the deal. He quoted me a value for my trade-in over the phone and that's what he gave me. Mehdi was friendly, professional and did exactly what he said he would throughout the transaction. Though we only briefly met with the finance person, Mario, he operated in the same manner. We were in and out of his office in minutes. He said that he would payoff my trade-in within a few days and he did just that. We were very pleased with the entire experience from beginning to end.
