Maita's Excellence I've been taking my Toyota Matrix to Maita for almost thirteen years for routine maintenance. That's all it's ever needed, even though it has 170,000 I've been taking my Toyota Matrix to Maita for almost thirteen years for routine maintenance. That's all it's ever needed, even though it has 170,000 miles on it. Some say dealerships charge too much and that the mechanic down the street is just as good and a lot cheaper. But I'd rather pay more and have Toyota-trained master mechanics servicing my vehicle in a shop that exudes customer-service professionalism at every turn. And, provided I could get a deal on a new Prius comparable to what I could anywhere else, I wanted to reward Maita with my business. I could and I did. Josh Surmon promptly got back to me on an internet inquiry about the Prius, my wife and I finally met with him and test drove the vehicle, and we then made our purchase a few days later with no high-pressure tactics from Josh, just his patient replies to my electronic and in-person questions. Maita runs a smooth, tight ship. And judging from my experience, you can get as good a deal or better from them on a new car as you can anywhere else. So, why buy anywhere else, especially if you live in the Sacramento area? More
