Manny Lake and then Kal were terrific Manny and I connected by phone and online....I started with car gurus and found Manny that way and then shared what we wanted- upgraded Highlander Hyb Manny and I connected by phone and online....I started with car gurus and found Manny that way and then shared what we wanted- upgraded Highlander Hybrid with bench second row of seats and tow package....this limited us to the XLE. Manny was terrific and shared what could be available....not 2017's so we went to 2018's and he fairly quickly found us the car....came it when it arrived - no pressure - very helpful and enjoyable -first time to feel that way buying a car...it is a great car More

Another Great Experience!! We have been going to Maita Toyota for sales and service since March 2008 when we first bought my wife's Camry Hybrid. We have since bought a new 201 We have been going to Maita Toyota for sales and service since March 2008 when we first bought my wife's Camry Hybrid. We have since bought a new 2015 Avalon Limited Hybrid there and had both of those cars, her parent's Prius and our children's three Toyotas serviced there. Now to this trip there; we needed a smog test (really, on a Prius?) and the normal 5,000 service. Our normal Service Advisor was off sick that day so Val Valadez said he would be happy to help us. Great experience as usual, Val made everything feel just like normal. He kept us posted, took care of my Uber ride arrangements, everything. . Thanks Val!!! More

On the whole positive w/ a few negatives When I arrived I pointed out to the young man that I only had 10983 miles on the car even though I bought it in )ct 2016. I asked him if they would wash it while they had it. When I got it back in 1 1/2 hours (fast!!) it wasn't washed -in fact they didn't even clean the front windshield. I keep my car clean to the extent that I use P & S Velocity Glaze on the finish. Ask any detailer about P & S products. I picked up the car and then went around the other side of the bldg to try and see Lorinda but she was off that day and a young lady showed me the answer to my question about bluetooth and was very informative. You folks have good personnel there.I believe the counter man was a young man named Ryan who was excellent. If I had mentioned the washing to him I'll bet it would've gotten done. Over all my experience was very positive. i also bought a 2006 Highlander from you folks ten yerars before this Rav 4. More

Great! I always feel like I am respected and they recognize me every time I come in. I do not get my car serviced anywhere else as I trust Maita. As a woma I always feel like I am respected and they recognize me every time I come in. I do not get my car serviced anywhere else as I trust Maita. As a woman a lot of times men will treat us like we do not know anything about cars but I have never felt that way here and they explain things in detail to me when I ask. This helps me to better understand my car and maintain it for the long run. After hitting 250K a few months back and it is still running beautifully I trust the service that has been done and also think the knowledge I have gained helps me to know when I need to bring my car in to have them take a look. More

BOUGHT 2018 HIGHLANDER LIMITED PLATINUM ON JANUARY 26, 2018 This is the third Highlander we have purchased from Maita Toyota. We put 135,000 miles on the 2008 and gave that to our daughter (who now has 245,000 This is the third Highlander we have purchased from Maita Toyota. We put 135,000 miles on the 2008 and gave that to our daughter (who now has 245,000 miles on it). We just gave the 2013 to our son (at current mileage of 148,000). A big reason we have bought three vehicles from the same dealer is so my wife Sharon can keep her "favorite service guy" Marlon Nonog. Marlon always goes the extra mile to make sure we get great service, and he personally recommended Mel Haddadi to handle the sale of our 2018 Highlander. Mel went out of his way to find the EXACT vehicle and options that we were looking for. I am very comfortable with the price that we negotiated with Mel. Once we had "made the deal", it was on to Finance, and Tonia Lovato (who for some reason is not listed on your roster) was very gracious and efficient in handling that part of the purchase process. All in all, Sharon and I were very satisfied with our entire purchase experience with Maita Toyota! More
