(I've purchased a number of vehicles in the past, and I've never been able to say that before.) While purchasing the Tundra, I saw a Highlander Hybrid in the showroom, but I wanted a different interior color. Again, Chris came through! Yes, it's true we purchased two Toyota's within a week's time, and we LOVE both vehicles. I also want to commend Sammie, our "finance" person. Sammie was very professional, friendly, and made this process as "painless" and swift as possible as well. Sammie negotiated a great interest rate for me, which I really appreciate. On my Highlander, I had that spiffy interior and exterior protection material applied. Sammie made the appointment for me and arranged for a loaner car for me while the work was being done. When I took the Highlander in, the service representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I also want to include that a friend of mine purchased a Toyota from Maita just before we did and said that her experience was terrific as well. You all have it "dialed in" -- I'm giving Five Stars to Maita Toyota! More

I felt like he wanted to make sure I found the right car for me rather than just forcing me into buying any car without thinking it through. He took me on two test drives and ended up getting me a great deal on a brand new Toyota Camry. We had also visited Roseville Toyota and the service was nowhere compared to the high level of service provided by Marko at Maita.
