Sophia was wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. She was kind, caring and not pushy. I was there to buy a car so it really wasn't necessary and I appreciated her picking up on this very much. When She was kind, caring and not pushy. I was there to buy a car so it really wasn't necessary and I appreciated her picking up on this very much. When the manager came out to negotiate the deal, it was a little uncomfortable but Sophia handled it well. I had gotten a lower price via the internet by email from another dealer. When I showed the email to the manager, he honored the lower price. I also thought it was strange for the F & I manager to tell me after I committed to buying the car that the security system was a $425 add-on but I could deactivate it and not incur the expense. I understand why this was the case but would have appreciated knowing it as part of the price negotiation. In the end, I would have still bought it. Just would have preferred knowing it in advance. Paul was great and he did a good job wrapping up the paperwork. More
I was in the market for a new 2014 Toyota Prius and emailed all the dealerships in a 75 mile radius. Dean had the lowest price and provided fast and professional service. He made the buying experience emailed all the dealerships in a 75 mile radius. Dean had the lowest price and provided fast and professional service. He made the buying experience as smooth as buying a car can be. When I came in to talk to him, he stayed after his shift was over to help me out. He didn't pressure me into anything i wasn't interested in and made the whole process enjoyable. More
We first contacted Maita Toyota via Internet. Dean kindly returned our emails with information and later called where we got into a little more specific information as to what we wanted and were looki kindly returned our emails with information and later called where we got into a little more specific information as to what we wanted and were looking for. Dean made the sales process quick and painless. Once we agreed on price, color and options we wanted Dean let us know he had one in stock. We came down on Sunday January 26th, the car was was cleaned and the paperwork was easy already prepared. This made those long 6-7 hour days at the dealership look bad. We were in and out od Maita in two hours. Dean took the time to go over everything, he was not rushed. After the sale was complete, he walked us through all the funtions of the vehicle and how they work. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to contact Dean. Thank you for your courteousness. Purchasing a new car from Dean Walton, through the Internet Sales Fleet, was an excellent and surprisingly easy experience. The online rundowns of each model's specifics made the buying process go fas Internet Sales Fleet, was an excellent and surprisingly easy experience. The online rundowns of each model's specifics made the buying process go faster, as I was able to see if my preferred model was in stock before driving to the dealership. Dean was very helpful and thorough, pointing out and demonstrating all features and kindly setting up the Bluetooth and other iPhone functions for me. He even worked around my timeframe and stayed late, despite already working a full day. Dean has also offered to answer any future questions I might have, and/or to set a time where he can go over the car's features again, if needed. I never felt pressured to make the purchase, and was assured that if an in-stock model wasn't my exact choice (in this case, the interior fabric), one would be found ASAP. Cost-wise, Dean gladly worked with us and kept to the previously quoted price. More

Maita website led me to Dan Walton. I am so grateful that HE answered my inquiry. He was MOST pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Very patient, soft spoken, a real kind person (what a blessing). I just had a HORRIBLE experience with your Maita Toyota Dealer. While the salesman was trying to help, the issue is with the GSM Dave Klingensmith. He's not only a horrible a GSM, but also a horrible perso Dealer. While the salesman was trying to help, the issue is with the GSM Dave Klingensmith. He's not only a horrible a GSM, but also a horrible person. His listening skills are next to nothing and he will start attacking your intelligence by having complete disregard for anything you have to say. In conversation, he never once looked up from his paperwork to speak to us and treated me as if I didn't even exist. When I politely asked if he could look at me while speaking, he looked up, pointed, and firmly said, "YOU, look at me." I walked out after. As the salesman was walking out with me, assessing the situation (and apologizing), Dave Klingensmith walked out, half heartedly apologized, then started pointing fingers and started the argument AGAIN. Some of his incredibly rude statements: 1. Put yourself in my shoes. Do you know how many people I have had to deal with today? 2. I don't have to sell you a car and I don't want to sell you the car. 3. I actually would be happier if you left, but I want this girl to be happy and leave with the car. You, might not be happy. But her, she will be. Is she worth it? REALLY? That's your job, Mr. Klingensmith. If you don't want to deal with people, I guess you can line up in the unemployment line. If you don't want to sell cars, I guess Toyota should rethink having you as a GENERAL SALES MANAGER because they need to sell cars, that's what they do! More
I brought my 4Runner in for standard service today. Oil change and tire rotation mostly. While there they recommended a new cabin air filter. I was told the filter had 40,000-50,000 miles of wear. I happen change and tire rotation mostly. While there they recommended a new cabin air filter. I was told the filter had 40,000-50,000 miles of wear. I happen to know(my records confirm this) that a new filter was put in the car on 8/14/2013 (5,200mi ago) at a different location and told them this. The dealership showed me the accumulation of debris on the filter. I asked them to knock it off and replace the filter. When I got home I checked and they had NOT done anything in regards to the filter. A couple of minutes with the filter and it looked like new. It seems to me like it was a classic case of the dealer trying to make a few extra dollars without concern for my best interests. BEWARE! More
