Best new car buying experience I've ever had!! I purchased a new Camry Hybrid after a bit of research using Consumer reports, and then using the Costo Auto program. I initiated the call to Maita T I purchased a new Camry Hybrid after a bit of research using Consumer reports, and then using the Costo Auto program. I initiated the call to Maita Toyota and spoke with Laura Chapman. I told Laura the car we were interested in and she had that exact car parked just outside of the showroom entrance when we arrived 30 minutes later!!! My wife wanted to see the same car with a different color interior, and Laura had that car pulled up in minutes. Did you hear me: Those cars were being brought to us!!! The entire process was quick and hassle-free - not to mention negotiation-free! Until last week, I didn't realize purchasing a new car could be so pleasant!! More

I was disappointed at first. A typical dealership. I did not plan on a purchase of any vehicle. I called ahead to have a RAV4 available for me to try out. I'm 290 pounds and do not fit in many cars. Th I did not plan on a purchase of any vehicle. I called ahead to have a RAV4 available for me to try out. I'm 290 pounds and do not fit in many cars. The test drive was good. The vehicle was dirty on the outside. I wanted a white vehicle and Maita had just gotten this one. It has been 9 years since I purchased a new vehicle and I expected the sales process to change. It did not!! Same old write some numbers on a sheet of paper and go check with someone in a different office. The sales person kept on coming back to the office with different pieces of paper to show me how much Maita paid for the RAV4 and what my sienna was worth to them. 2006 with very low mileage. They finally wore me down and I agreed to their offer. I did not get a out briefing on how all the computer stuff works on the RAV4. The next day I called and was told Robin was the expert and could get me checked out. I tried for 6 days trying to get someone to respond to my needs. Finally I got an appointment with Lorinda Peska. What a change in attitude. This person knew what she was doing and her attitude was refreshing. I got my computer check out in quick fashion and got everything working to my satisfaction. There was a situation where the paperwork I had showed there should have been some floor mats installed in my RAV4. I had called the sales person and he did not return my call. I called Lorinda and was told to drive out to Maita and she would take care of it. This was on a Friday and almost her going home time. She was smiling and had everything set up for me. What a woman,,,, Maita needs to hang on to her!! More
