They Didn't Complete the Maintenace I took my 2017 Prius Prime for 15k maintenance and acknowledged that one of the tires losses air enough that I needed to put air once a month. After a I took my 2017 Prius Prime for 15k maintenance and acknowledged that one of the tires losses air enough that I needed to put air once a month. After an hour, I was informed that there is a tiny puncture on the wall of one tire and it needs replacement at cost of $244.05 out the door! They did not rotate the tires because of liability. Beside the fact that $197 is too much for just one tire, I think they had to rotate the tires since I already told them about the issue initially. How can you be liable when customer already acknowledge the issue! As I was expecting the Toyo 245/75R16 is being sold at $140 new elsewhere or another option is since tires are one year old with threads at 7/32 you can have a used never repaired 7/32 installed at only $50 out the door! Again, the financial part of this half done maintenance is not as important. More
