I have been looking for a tacoma or a tundra for 3 months and feel in Love with the one Mel showed me. Mel is the best. Got my tacoma off the truck and callers me right away. I went in to see Mel, and he had it on the showroom floor which made me feel important. Love my new tacoma trd off road. Sophia went about her ways to find the 2018 Toyota Tundra Sports Package that was newly delivered in their inventory. The truck wasn't located on site for us to view but Sophia was able to take us down to their second lot to view the truck still wrap in plastic protective wraps. Paperwork was quick and pleasant. Financing was quick and smootg as well. They were very responsive to calls, emails, and our presence when we first step into the dealership. It only took a minute for Jay to notice and greet us. Very respectful and supportive team here at Maita. Definitely recommend to first time buyers. More

Why have a warranty I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone n I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone not connected and see if it happens again and if it does they would replace the head unit. I took it back they did not replace the head unit and told me to drive with my phone disconnected again. Five minutes after I leave the dealership it happens again. The service writer wouldn’t call me back. They still haven’t fixed my tuck they just keep telling me to drive with my phone disconnected. Great customer service. More

Painless Service Made my appointment online. Got my car in at the appointed hour. They were ready for me. Had a voucher for free oil change service. They added on Made my appointment online. They added on tire rotation for an extra $30 which I needed (would it be worth $30 to you not to have to rotate 4 tires ?) and reattached a mud guard on the right rear for nada. The sales rep did not hassle me with any sales and was very honest with any questions I had. I felt relaxed and comfortable and was not pressured.
