We started our negotiation using the invoice price rather than MSRP and offered more discounts and deals. Comparing price with dealership in Washington, Mel is less expensive (by $400). Another dealership (California) is over $1500 in price. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was met by the person I communicated with on email and they worked with me throughout the entire process leading to the purchase of a Toyota Highlander (2018). I didn't have to run the gauntlet of 5 or 6 sales persons. Each question and need that I expressed was met with courteous attention. Thank you Maita.
