New car experience I just bought a brand new car from Maita Toyota. Everyone was very pleasant. The buying process wad not horrible like the old days of buying cars. However, I pointed out that the steering wheel was not aligned. Instead of fixing it for me right away, I had to drive my brand new car home with this imperfection. Needless to say, the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. A few days later, I took the car in to get it fixed, it took them 40 min just to check me in for service. Is this normal? More

Sophia pays attention to all the details that I might not think of,such as making sure to notify my insurance company before I drove off the lot,so I was covered. .You could tell by her actions that she has been doing this for years.From start to finish,Sophia was there for me through the entire process.If you decide to visit Maita Toyota...ask for Sophia Sayad.
