I've had really bad experiences with mechanics trying to get over on me because I'm a female and I Maita's service center far exceeds my expectations. I had an issue with my car and they could have easily told me I needed to replace a bent bracket, but no, they kindly bent it back and fixed the issue for me. Thank you Maita Toyota More

My service manager rolled out for me a $1000 list of recommended mtce work. These were never discussed with me before from Marlon Nonong who knows me and my car. We had a relationship and Marlon always told me what was urgent, what can wait, what to start thinking about. I did not feel that trust. Hopefully it will come. I miss my family. I miss the relationships. More

Rick was awesome and wanted to help me out. He did not press me about buying a car, just wanted me to make a comfortable decision. His colleague talked trade in offers for my old Civic and gave me a deal I could not turn down. After agreeing to a price I sat down with Brian whom I assume is a financial adviser of sorts for Maita Toyota. He helped me get an incredible deal for the bumper to bumper warranty on my corolla. He drove a hard bargain and was genuinely just trying to get me to make a safe, conscientious decision when it came to the future maintenance and longevity of my car. All in all, these guys don't fit the bill for a typical high pressured auto dealer. They are really just trying to get you the best deal possible. More
