Total service center seemed disorganized. I was not kept informed as to status during a 4 and a half hour service appointment. I had to ask for status update after 3 hours. Bottle of windshi I was not kept informed as to status during a 4 and a half hour service appointment. I had to ask for status update after 3 hours. Bottle of windshield cleaner was left in console. When told my car was ready no attendant could find it. I had to go out in the pickup area and tell attendant that it was my vehicle. Was given final paperwork and was told I was good to go and I had not yet paid for the service work, then the wrong papers were given to the cashier. All in all I was left tired and frustrated. Hopefully the service work was completed as stated. More

Good service I made appointment online and the only option was to leave the car for the day. When I arrived I was told it would be ready in about an hour.
