It took them over 15 minutes to find and deliver the car to the "pickup" lanes and we were over 20 minutes before we could leave. After all the good things we experienced this left a bad taste in the mouth. When the customer is ready to leave, get him out of there or keep him informed as to the progress. More

I like that the cab is quite from outside noise. My negative comment is Toyota needs to do a better job with voice recognition. The system is very poorly constructed. A new workable voice recognition should be provided via system download to the vehicle. More
