Service This time service on my car was 1:45mins, when i came to the desk and ask for help ( why service on my car take so long) they send me to another perso This time service on my car was 1:45mins, when i came to the desk and ask for help ( why service on my car take so long) they send me to another person. When i ask him same question and i told him i don't want to be late on my important appointment he told me to wait for couple minutes he has to ask one of the technician. He came back after 7 minutes came straight to another worker told them something, i ask him is there any problems with my car? He said please wait for another couple minutes, I said "ok" and then i seen 2 guys ran outside in 2 different ways. So I've been waiting for another 10mins. And then they got my car back, i came to the car with paper showed to worker and he said i can't give you the car that's wrong paper, i told him ok I'm getting late on my appointment can you please be fast. So in another 2-3mins of waiting he gaved me my keys back and i signed 2 papers. So that's my experience on friday 9/28/2018 in morning at Maita Toyota. More

The only negative part was the internet phone manager that I had spoke to had given me the wrong price on the car I was looking at so I drove all the way out to Sacramento expecting to get a good deal on the car just to find out the the person I spoke to on the phone (Thomas) was a lum. But the sales person (Keenan) that helped me close out the deal was very helpful in this situation which was nice. I recommend if you go to this dealer that you request Keenan as your sales rep. More
