Arrived early and checked in for my 9 a. m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. The waiting area was not crowded and I took advantage of the complimentary coffee. The cafe was a wonderful change. My car was ready early and no additional problems was found.
