We recently purchased a used Subaru Outback here. While our salesperson was very pleasant, the financing process with Brett was highly unprofessional. Brett rushed us through the paperwork, claiming to make mistakes that required printing the loan documents twice. In the confusion and rush, he overcharged us for an extended warranty—charging $4,000 for a lower-tier plan that should not have exceeded $2,500. Over the next five days, we called daily and waited in person twice for over two hours each time, but no one was 'available' to help. When we finally reached Brett’s manager, he promised a callback that never happened. The lack of transparency in finance and the subsequent evasion by management is completely unacceptable. More

The service person. Lisa, was great but the maintenance was very slow. Then when it should be time to go, they informed me that a lug nut on one tire needed replacing a Lisa, was great but the maintenance was very slow.
