This was the slowest car deal I’ve ever been apart of, over 7 hours with little to no communication while we waited. Also some issues with payment for our trade in that we were never told about (I had to over 7 hours with little to no communication while we waited. This time around, we had the worst experience buying a car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any service and being uncooperative about anything we asked. They acted as if we were taking the cars for free. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone or refer them to go here. More
