Long long long wait I'd made an appointment for 6pm to come by and see a car. When we arrived, the car was not ready and we never did see the person we'd made the appoint I'd made an appointment for 6pm to come by and see a car. When we arrived, the car was not ready and we never did see the person we'd made the appointment with. We completed the "deal" within 2 hours (by 8pm) but had to wait almost three hours to see the finance guy. Also, in order to make an $8,000 down payment with my card, the bank required that the card be run with the the chip, not swiped. The gentleman behind the desk almost made us drive home to get a check to pay for the down because he "didn't want to pay for us to run the card as credit". This is absolutely ridiculous. We purchase items with the form of payment that works best for us! Not you! Our sales person kept telling us "you're next" while we watched multiple other buyers go into the finance offices. When we complained of the wait we were basically told "tough xxxx" by the same man that didn't want to run our card as credit. When we finally got into the finance room, the representative was very kind and moved quickly, but we still didn't get finished until 11:20pm. Overall this was a very unprofessional experience. We love the vehicle, but don't understand why it has to be so unpleasant to purchase it. I will not be recommending this dealership. More

Timing belt replaced Brian was very helpful and courteous when I brought my 4Runner in for service, left the vehicle and advised him to phone me if the timing belt needed Brian was very helpful and courteous when I brought my 4Runner in for service, left the vehicle and advised him to phone me if the timing belt needed replacement, milage was low but vehicle was quite old (1998), anyway, he phoned and was advised by the service person who worked on my vehicle that a new timing belt was needed. Overall my experience was outstanding, personal were all very friendly and helpful. Of note have been coming here since I purchased the vehicle and plan to return for my next service. (Tow truck driver left instructions and my phone number.) Zach Carter called me the first thing in the morning (on a Friday), explained my options and handled everything beautifully. I have nothing but glowing compliments for Zach's courtesy and diligence. He had the problem correctly diagnosed, ordered the parts quickly, and when those parts arrived he made sure that the car was fixed as soon as possible, ready for me to pick up on Tuesday.
