About as painless as car buying gets We went to Maita to check out a used Sienna we saw on Cargurus, and it was a nice car at a very fair price, but in talking with the salesman we found We went to Maita to check out a used Sienna we saw on Cargurus, and it was a nice car at a very fair price, but in talking with the salesman we found out we could get a brand new Sienna for only about $4700 more than a 2 year old model. It was very low pressure and we got a fair amount for our trade-in. The only negative at all was the finance guy pushed the extended warranty a bit too hard, but we resisted the pressure. More

Awesome service Zack Carter helped me with my services. I came in for a diagnostic and was unsure of how long it would take since I didn’t have an appointment. He called an Uber for me, called to update me on what the issue was, and got me an Uber back to the dealership. I had to leave my car there to be worked on and the rental process was a breeze. I live in the Bay Area and accommodations were made so that I can hang on to the rental a few extra days, which i greatly appreciated! Before I went in, I anticipated that this whole procedure would be a huge hassle and inconvenience but Zack made it easy and painless. 10/10 service! More
Don't actual do the service you pay for. Dealership people are friendly and nice, problem is i paid them for a 10,000 mile service and they did not rotate my tires. So xxxxty that you pay for a service and there people just don't do it. Even said on my service record that they completed it. Now i wonder if they are skipping the oil filter and new oil also. Cant believe that a certified Toyota dealership would have practices like this. Ended up going to Les Schwab and they rotated the tires and fixed the small leak that was in my right front tire. (same tire that had the leak before Toyota did not rotate my tires). More
