Professional, helpful and friendly I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascer I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascertained that it was due for the 20K service (free as it was just within the 2 yr period), the CVT transmigration that needed a software update, and then worked with the Parts Desk and took care of the key fob concern (Lou from Parts was awesome). All were very friendly, helpful and obviously very professional. Thank you, Alex More
