Great Experience I dealt with Colette, the Internet Sales Manager. We conducted business over text and email and I let her know that I didn’t want to spend all day the I dealt with Colette, the Internet Sales Manager. We conducted business over text and email and I let her know that I didn’t want to spend all day there when we came for the car. She was very nice and did a great job getting the car ready. Two reasons for not giving 5 stars. Colette was also doing a deal with another customer at the same time, even though I had made an appointment with her to purchase the car. I get that she’s making a living, but it slowed the process a bit. Finance is the real bummer. We made it clear that we were not interested in any of their extras they try to sell you. However the finance person wrote it all up anyway just to show us what the monthly would be. Waste of our time. She continued to push, we continued to say no. I felt she was not happy and was considerably slow thru that process. More

They never fail to make me feel that I’m important. Everything is explained in a patient, courteous manner ( much needed ‘cause I’m old). I leave my car with these kindly people, they follow up with an email so I have no confusion. When the car is finished I receive the email and the phone call. I so appreciate knowing that taking my car in to be serviced will be a pleasant experience! I feel I can rely on the gentle people’s assessment as to when my car needs to be seen. More

Every once in awhile a company "acts right," behaviors epitomized by Maita Toyota, specifically Marlon Nanog. While many excellent people work for Maita, Marlon truly shines as the embodiment of exceptional customer service, real domain expertise, a very rare ability to explain the technical to a non-technical audience, and a genuine care/concern for the client. Marlon honestly treats the engagement with a client like he assumes the role of a physician. He gathers a history, asks excellent questions, and then prescriptively identifies a solution, never fake or contrived. Few people in the repair industry can refrain from just hammering the client to make a buck and Marlon represents the few. No unnecessary repairs, no hustle, no gamesmanship, just truly beyond great service. More
