Awesome service! I was a half hour early to my 7:00 AM appointment and was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service lanes and was quickly processed by Lee and B I was a half hour early to my 7:00 AM appointment and was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service lanes and was quickly processed by Lee and Bob which were very courteous and professional. The rental car offered with out asking was set up and ready to go. The check in process was quick. The servicing of my new truck’s add on accessories with detailing service was done very timely, more than I expected to my satisfaction with out any hassle or issues... a perfect job. This is another reason why I purchased a second vehicle from the Maita Auto Group..... they are excellent, and you are important to them!!! More

Unapologetic for very poor service I had a very disappointing experience getting the oil changed on my Lexus RX today. I had a 10am appointment, which I made on time, and my service re I had a very disappointing experience getting the oil changed on my Lexus RX today. I had a 10am appointment, which I made on time, and my service rep said that it would take 2 hours. I didn't receive my car back until past 2:30, more than 4 and 1/2 hours later. During that time, I received no updates about my vehicle until after 2pm. When I asked about the delay, my rep, David McCready, told me that I had been moved to the non-appointment line; when I asked how that could have happened, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I dunno." He then had the audacity to tell me that I should consider how much money I saved. When I replied that it wasn't THAT great of a savings, especially considering how long it took, he replied "Why don't you come back and tell me how much that oil change would have cost at Lexus." It was very condescending, and I am livid about it. More
