Overall ok experience All in all I had a good experience with my Maita purchase with only one major issue. I had been shopping for a Tacoma for months and had several poor All in all I had a good experience with my Maita purchase with only one major issue. I had been shopping for a Tacoma for months and had several poor dealership experiences until I landed at Maita. I worked with Wes who was professional and fun throughout the experience. I found the perfect truck which Mel was able to get discounted to fit my budget. Mel was extremely knowledgable and helpful while not coming across salesy at all. I took the night to sleep on it which they were disappointed about but they did not resort to getting pushy. The next morning I came in and finalized the deal with Cameron in finance which was super easy, enjoyable, and again an overall fun experience. My only critiques were the post sales experience with the truck itself. I am certain the truck has floor mats which I didnt realize were gone until the next day at which point Wes said he would try to talk to detailing and see if they forgot to put them back but Wes didnt ever circle back with me after that. Also (see pictures) I found a disgusting mess in the parking break area of the truck that shouldnt have been overlooked. It looks like someone either spilled a ton of food down there or maybe vomited in the truck? Absolutely rancid and should not have been overlooked. All in all the purchase experience was top notch but post sales support and quality control is definitely lacking. More
