Great experience. I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting to need new brakes on the rear. Happily for me, the brakes only needed to be cleaned and adjusted and my suspension was ok. It not only saved me money but reconfirmed why I'm still willing to pay the extra that going to a dealer for service costs, because I've come to trust Maitas doing what I need and not just selling me parts and service I don't really need. I know that even when something doesn't go the way expected, the guys at Maita will do what it takes to do the best they can to fix it. More

Wilber explained all the warranties and free services the Tundra came with and other options on the truck if I wanted to purchase for the vehicle. I did end up purchasing the dent and ding protection for the truck with the upgraded alarm. Absolutely no pressure from Wilber Torres at anytime during my purchasing process which made my auto buying experience great.
