I'm Back! I've worked with Maita for over 15 years. Steve Morse was my guy. Marc (now retied) on occasion. Norbert was my advisor yesterday, he wasn't on the li I've worked with Maita for over 15 years. Steve Morse was my guy. Marc (now retied) on occasion. Norbert was my advisor yesterday, he wasn't on the list below... I moved to the Sierra foothills 5 years ago and tried to support local. But Thompson's is just a different situation. Not to put them down but its a different feel I guess. I came to Maita last month for my 60,000 service and just realized this is the place. I don't mind making the pilgrimage down the hill. I just work it into my sales day not that I'm un-retired. Some new faces but level of attention is excellent. It was good to see Art, he's always there. My Thanks to Everyone. Jeff Wagnon More
Long Time Customer I bought my Camry in 2000 at Maita. I had all my maintenance work done at Maita and had all the receipts. Monday I bought a 2020 Corolla from Maita. I was happy with all the employees I came in contact with. From the salesperson to the lady that showed me the technical things just before I drove the car off the lot. My first six month maintenance appointment has already been set in April. My Camry lasted so long as I made sure it got its regular maintenance. Valerie Hooper More
Service Center Issues I was in recently for the 30,000 mile service. As I was driving home the tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a tire store and they had to fill I was in recently for the 30,000 mile service. As I was driving home the tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a tire store and they had to fill all four tires up to the Toyota recommendation. Supposedly, my tires had just been rotated. Did no one think to check the tire pressure? Were the tires even rotated? The following week I had to come in to have the battery checked. I sat in the service bay for 25 minutes before someone approached my car to check me in. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time. From now on I will be taking my car to Magnussin's Toyota in Auburn where I have had five star service in the past. More

I worked with Joe Perez who was well informed, honest, genial and helpful in every way. He was very straightforward about what he could and could not do in terms of price breaks, incentives and features. I appreciated his honesty. I hate to play games with sales people and he played no games with me. He was, in fact, delightful to spend a few hours with. The finance department was equally transparent and helpful. I would recommend Maita Toyota to anybody looking to buy a car. More
