Professional and efficient The service at this dealership is consistent, professional, and efficient. This week I had two service appointments, one for regular maintenance and The service at this dealership is consistent, professional, and efficient. This week I had two service appointments, one for regular maintenance and one (the following day) to buy and have a new battery installed. Marlon Nonog was particularly helpful on the second service, as I was concerned that this was my third new battery in 9 years (of having the car), each lasting only 3 years and only between 24,000 and 30,000 miles. Also, and this has nothing to do with dealership service, but rather is directed to the Toyota company. My family has had 4 Toyotas (2 Camrys, 1 Corolla, and 1 Tundra), and all have been excellent vehicles. However, my next new-car purchase will NOT be a Toyota--because the TOYOTA COMPANY recently decided to side with the Trump Administration on auto emissions standards (rather than to side with the State of California). In my opinion this was a TERRIBLE decision by Toyota. So instead of "automatically" buying another Toyota, I will purchase a vehicle whose manufacturer decided to stay with the California emissions standards (Honda, for example). I certainly would like to see Toyota change its mind on this critical issue. More
