It was the first service and attending to a Factory recall issue of my new Toyota Prius. Which was handled efficiently and professionally. We have been going to Maita since 2008; have had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. I'd recommend this service center but frustrated with the length of time I have to wait for routine maintenance. Last visit on 10/2/2024 took over two and half hours.
