I spent ALL day waiting for 18k service. Took 5 people to check me in (3 of them took pics of my 4runner and never uploaded pics) Guys just standing around. I was in for an express service and was quoted 60-90 minutes, with it likely being closer to 90 minutes. At 150 minutes, I inquired as I received no communication/updates and was told it would still be minutes, with it likely being closer to 90 minutes. It was very disappointing and this was the second visit in a row, where I've waited much longer than expected without any communications or updates. The service has been declining, unfortunately. My vehicle also had contents removed from the glove box that were not returned and left on the floor. There were also scraps of trash from the service on my floor. More

I made an appointment, but it was not on the schedule (neither was the car in front of me.) It didn't matter...I got in at my appointment time for my scheduled maintenance.
