Called me about promo, I accepted and scheduled. Came in and they quoted me 3x the promo price given over the phone. Had to remember calling agent name as he was different then service rep and no no Came in and they quoted me 3x the promo price given over the phone. Had to remember calling agent name as he was different then service rep and no notes were added that its promo so I had to explain it was a promo and state the price we agreed upon over the phone. Vehicle had recalls to do, so that was agreed to be done. Since the vehicle was in repair I wanted to get tires replaced, but they never cared to inspect or call even though they said they would. Intake agent called that evening and said will be ready next morning and I mentioned to him that I was looking to get tires replaced as well, he said he will give me a call. But the next morning another agent called as other one was out that day and said to just come pickup my vehicle. They gave me a print out to go with 2-3 options for tires - only when I asked again during check out. Got no print out of inspection either, so I can assume it was not done and check out agent never mentioned any inspections. Then 2 days later they email me that according to their records here is a list of items that were recommended but I chose not to complete. really?? More
