My experience with the service department was very disappointing due to the lack of communication from Milo. We made multiple attempts to understand what the issue was with our vehicle and how long th disappointing due to the lack of communication from Milo. We made multiple attempts to understand what the issue was with our vehicle and how long they expected to keep it, but we received very little information. They didn't begin diagnosing the car until the end of the first day, at which point they informed us they would need to keep it overnight. The following day, we were again told they wanted to keep the vehicle for an additional two days because they believed the repair would take too long. Instead, I took the car home, researched the issue myself, and found a solution on YouTube. The repair took about 15 minutes to complete and required no replacement parts. The lack of timely diagnosis, poor communication, and inaccurate assessment of the repair left me very dissatisfied with the overall service experience. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation around 9:30am. Waiting area was full so it seemed like they were pretty busy. They still had my car service finished within 1 hour! The experience was great compared to the Roseville location. Realistically, the bar was so low due to the extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism as Roseville Toyota that I didn't location.
