Leo, the sales person was awesome. He was responsive, kind, and helped me find exactly what I wanted and get me a great deal. However, the fiance person who I signed with was awf He was responsive, kind, and helped me find exactly what I wanted and get me a great deal. However, the fiance person who I signed with was awful. He had music playing really loud when going over the documents. I asked him to lower it, but he did only mildy. He also was a jerk about warranties, tried pressuring me. I declined all of them because I felt I had insufficient time or information to make the decision. He talked over everything really fast. Then he had printed up the legal documents with a total of 2k over what I had agreed upon with the sales rep. He was immediately defensive when I pointed it out. Luckily I had the price printout front the sales rep. It was a really bad experience signing. I felt like he used shady tactics. I left feeling really negative, when it should have felt great leaving with my first new car. More
