I had to wait too long to complete the deal. You were enflexable on your pricing. I had to argue about my trade. There was no one available to explain the options on the car upon delivery. I have dealt with Maita Toyota for at least 20 years. Our family owns 3 Toyotas & we go to Maita for all our service needs. The entire experience was excellent! I particularly appreciate the fact that staff left me notes on how to use the mileage indicators so I have a good idea of how my gas is doing. I called and I was able to be scheduled the same day for service. I was quoted about 3 hour wait but gladly it only took one hour. Karina was helpful and friendly. The estimate and options were explained thoroughly. Only thing is that I did not feel that safe with their. COVID protocols being followed. They have signs everywhere about maintaining social distancing and use of masks and yet customers do not follow them and I did not see employees enforcing it. I saw people removing their masks while sitting waiting for their vehicles and customers not standing in the marked spots while waiting in line to approach a counter. I would hope management would empower their employees to enforce these safety measures as it provides a safe environment to everyone in the building. More
