Customer since 1986. Service even during the pandemic was good, although customer service staff noticeably short staffed. Many more cars were waiting to be serviced. I missed having the shuttle service ava good, although customer service staff noticeably short staffed. Many more cars were waiting to be serviced. I missed having the shuttle service available. The electronic phone status updates were new to me, and were not reliable. Many hours after I picked up my car, the status tracker was still indicating it was not ready yet. Note: My battery took two visits and three days fix and to get replaced. More
