Great service...The service was done as written and explained to me. When it was completed , everything was explained. The only thing I had a question about was one problem I had with the roof trim. The staff was really helpful in getting me transportation with my big dog. Everyone was friendly and the job was done efficiently. Excellent experience for the most part, good service, good price. Really didn't feel like the scary "car sales" one expects at a dealer. Listened, showed us what we might be interested in and helped us good price. Really didn't feel like the scary "car sales" one expects at a dealer. After we agreed on a price and payment, we did have to sit and wait almost 2 hours with nothing happening. Boring, could have left and gotten something to eat if we had known.
