We sat there for 3 hours just for them to tell me they needed to order a part. CJ (sales) was very helpful , unfortunately he was faced with a difficult situation since I had to leave abruptly due to a serious medical condition. When I returned, CJ made sure that all my questions were with a difficult situation since I had to leave abruptly due to a serious medical condition. When I returned, CJ made sure that all my questions were answered and all my concerns resolved. Initially, I had a problem with the JBL subwoofer and needed to take the new Camry to the service department. Junko Case was amazing! She really was my advocate and helped me pin point the issue and made sure it was resolved. At first, the service team re-adjusted the fader and bass and thought all was OK..but the rattle was still there and I was not satisfied. It was at this point that I asked CJ to intervene for me. He asked the service supervisor to come look at the issue, since we now had it pinned down a little better. Val was awesome! He and his team came up with a creative solution to the issue (rear packing tray poorly packed resulting in a buzzing/vibration noise even with volume at only 10-15). When I returned to pick up my car, again Junko stepped in to make sure things were right and I was happy. I very much appreciated your staff ..I very much felt that I had true advocates who were working hard to be sure I was truly happy. So...a BIG SHOOT OUT to CJ, Junko, Val and the service team! Lee was great in service dept., but still dealing with fogged up windshield on inside when conditions cold and lots of moister in air. You need to get a louder PA system I never heard my name called was there 3 hours found out my car was done in 1 hour I told service guy I would wait for car. The staff has always been helpful here. My last visit was even better. Karina & Jorge we’re friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with how they handled my car’s need for new tires and explained everything the service department would be doing fo knowledgeable.
