Warranty My husband and I bought a car from Mainer Ford and purchased the warranty and then a week or so later decided to cancel it. It has been over 2 weeks My husband and I bought a car from Mainer Ford and purchased the warranty and then a week or so later decided to cancel it. It has been over 2 weeks now and the warranty still hasn't been refunded to my account and nobody from the dealership seems to want to return my phone calls. I will definitely remember the poor service we received and will NOT be purchasing a car from Mainer Ford again.!!! More

Tire Pressure Monitor Had one tire pressure monitor that was failing. They said it would take about an hour. After four hours of waiting, I had them put my wheel and tire back on so I could leave even though it wasn’t fixed. I took it to another Ford dealership and it was fixed promptly. They were super nice and compensated me for my time, but I don’t believe they knew what they were doing. I purchased my truck from them and thoroughly enjoyed that experience. They were much easier to purchase from than the city guys. More
