I purchased a car at Mainer in 2016. My credit was crap. I hadn't been at my job very long. I had been to dealership after dealership and no one would listen to the terms I could afford. Each place tried to put me in a newer car on terms I didnt deserve and could not afford. Cody Marshall at Mainer listened to me, never tried to upsell me, and got the payment lower than what I told him I could afford. Thanks to him, I paid on the car for three years, never a late payment, which re-established my credit rating. Recently, my son (who is in college) called and told me his car had died while he was driving it on the highway. Again. We decided he would take my car and I would get a different vehicle. I went back to Mainer. Once again, Mainer made it happen on my terms. Cody is now the Sales Manager, so Kevin Trice became my salesman. Cody remembered me, and recognized my efforts at improving my situation. He and Kevin got me into the truck I wanted on the terms I needed. AJ was my finance guy, and he worked my deal in no time flat. We are already planning our next purchase from Mainer - when my son is ready to finance a car. The guys at Mainer listen to their customers and make things happen on the customers terms. What more could a customer ask for? More

I went to a lot of dealerships on the day I purchased. Some were great but didn’t have the vehicle I wanted. Some were just to high priced but they were up front with everything. However At one dealership I had the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. After that ordeal I drove out to Mainer Ford in Okarche and literally had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman Brandon Robinson was awesome. He was so helpful. Now I’m going to tell you why these guys are so great. The truck I bought wasn’t ready to take home so they gave me a loaner. While returning it the windshield was hit and cracked. I was ready to file it on my insurance and write a $500 check but Cody the manager said to not worry about that they would take care of it. Wow! Brought my wife to tears. You just rarely find people that treat you so well in this day and age. I highly recommend Mainer Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
