Front end alignment issue. This was my second visit to Mainer Ford to address this matter. On my original visit the service tech wanted to rotate the tires then have me drive m This was my second visit to Mainer Ford to address this matter. On my original visit the service tech wanted to rotate the tires then have me drive my truck for awhile to determine if that would solve my issue. This was a zero cost option. I agreed. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem. I then scheduled another service appointment. They had me in the shop the next morning and completed the front end alignment. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend Mainer Ford for service or sales. Personally, I prefer working with a dealer located in a non-metropolitan location. Very pleased I recently had some service work done on my 2019 F-150 that I had purchased from Mainer Ford from Nick my sales guy. Nick had mentioned during my purc I recently had some service work done on my 2019 F-150 that I had purchased from Mainer Ford from Nick my sales guy. Nick had mentioned during my purchase how much pride Mainer takes in their Service Department and I just passed that thought out the window. Well Nick was the kidding. I was received by Matt in Service who followed my vehicle thru the process and constantly called with updates. I had an issue with my passenger seat cover and GM Colt Weatherby stepped in and assured me everything would be taken care of. While returning the loaner vehicle a rock struck the windshield leaving a “nice” crack in it. I fully expected to pay for the windshield due to the vehicle being in my possession but upon returning the loaner Colt told me in no way would I be responsible for a new windshield!!! I’m not sure how most dealers do business but based off of past experience I’ve NEVER had one with this kind of service!! I can’t say enough about Mainer Ford and the guys I dealt with. I’m buying my next truck from them also... Try Mainer out !! More

After the sell I noticed a very small dent or bubble on the Trim plate that lays across the tailgate - all I had to do was s purchase I’ve ever had.
