Desire to satisfy customer needs We went to Mainer Ford to look at a car we saw online. Although we liked the vehicle it didn't really have all the equipment we wanted. Andrew and Hassan realized the car we were looking at was not what we really wanted or needed, Hassan brought out a Ford Edge he had just traded for and it met our needs. They dealt we is a very friendly and professional manner and we were actually able to purchase the Edge for about the same price as original vehicle and it had a lot more equipment. I highly recommend Mainer Ford. Andrew and Hassan were great to work with. If you are looking for a good "down home" dealership you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. More

Wonderful Experience, Very Happy Customers At the first of this month (July, 2017) my wife and I and our oldest son (18) went shopping for a Ford Mustang. This was a special purchase for our s At the first of this month (July, 2017) my wife and I and our oldest son (18) went shopping for a Ford Mustang. This was a special purchase for our son as, aside from the family vehicle we'd let him drive since he'd gotten his driving permit, this was his first vehicle. My wife and I gave told both of our boys that'd we'd help them purchase their first cars but we expected them to contribute as well. Our son had saved for years to buy this car. That Saturday we left the house with a list of dealerships in Dallas we meant to visit, but decided to check Mainer Ford in Okarche first. We didn't make it to any other dealerships, we didn't need to. Our son found a vehicle he liked a lot, and our salesman Andrew was great! He was very personable, and helpful, and not the least bit pushy. After a pleasant test drive and several questions he walked us through the paperwork and we left with a beautiful 2016, red Mustang, and a very happy son! I should mention that when we first got to the dealership we were a little disappointed to discover that the car had some minor hail damage from a very recent storm. Because the storm had occurred so recently the damage had not yet been listed on the online car description. Andrew acknowledged and apologized for this oversight by the dealership and before we signed the paperwork Mainer Ford had agreed to repair the damage at no additional cost at a date convenient to our son. We took the car home that day and morning son enjoyed showing I off to his friends for a couple of weeks before we returned for the repair. Having just got the car back you'd never known it had any hail damage, it's beautiful and our son is so pleased. I'd recommend Mainer Ford to others looking for a vehicle, new or used, in a heartbeat. It's worth the short drive outside OKC. When you go ask for Andrew, you won't be disappointed. You might even meet the owners like we did, who took the time to personally thank us and ensure we were well cared for and satisfied. So, if you're looking for a fancy showroom, with a huge fleet of vehicles, from a dealership with a big name and goofy TV commercials then go elsewhere, Mainer Ford isn't your dealership (although they're getting bigger at an impressive rate through word of mouth). But if you want a fair deal, with great service both before and after the sale, and an opportunity to work with a no-pressure, personable salesman like Andrew, then you should definitely stop by Mainer Ford, you'll be glad you did. More
