Instead of trying to upsell me on a different car, they gave me another car of the same make and model with even less miles for the price that was previously agreed upon. I have never had such a friendly car shopping experience. They put new tires and brakes on the car and changed the oil. They had my best interest in mind and that is rare in the car industry.
