Awful! Worst experience ever!......long story short, the sales manager was a rude, bulling, liar. The finance man was even more rude, as soon as he got my deposit he pumped the interest rate that was already showed to me and agreed on with the sales manager, he said that it does not matter what the sales department say over there, they will tell me whatever I want to hear. He then tried to cheat me and slip in an extra 258.00 in the contract for car theft protection, thank goodness I caught that and made him take it out. If I only was not in a pinch and didn't have my heart set on this car....shame on them the way they mistreated me. Could not pay me to go back. On a happy note.....I am looking forward to buying all our future Fords anywhere but there. More

,Bought a 2019 mustang gt convertible in April, by September Everything went, transmission,clutch, safety features They replaced clutch, put new transmission, fixed safety features, Got the car b September Everything went, transmission,clutch, safety features They replaced clutch, put new transmission, fixed safety features, Got the car back wasn’t running right, transmission sounded louder than the exhaust, clutch wasn’t shifting right, slight delay going into next gear, safety features were ok, took the car back sounded ok, Clutch still wasn’t shifting right, Took it back again,said they took care of the problem, picked up my car on a Thursday night, took it home parked in my driveway, Next day went to use my car, Clutch had almost no play,barely went into gear, had work, so I took it back Saturday, on the way there, Everything went again, transmission, clutch, safety features, manager said I burnt the Clutch, by abusing it, came to this conclusion, because of a burnt smell, this was the exact smell it had the 1st time, apparently I didn’t abuse it the first time, but the 2nd time I did, they refused to replace Clutch, and would not look at the rest of the car, until I paid them 2,700 dollars for a new clutch, Car only has 12, thousand miles, I’ve been driving a clutch for 40 years, never burnt a clutch, All of a sudden,I burnt 2 at 12,thousand miles, you will read some good reviews, if you take a close look, it’s all minor things, Brakes, tuneups,oil changes, The bad reviews are all big things, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT, owner replied twice, each time he said call service department, The same people who don’t care, If the owner really cared, he would contact me to hear my side, But I guess that he only wants to hear his workers side, Spent 52, thousand dollars on a car and I get treated like xxxx, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY,STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS, I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT. P.S. service manager is the worst that I have ever dealt with, wouldn’t listen to me at all, Had his mind made up before we even spoke,I left him 2 voicemails not even the decency to call me back,he had jenessa call me instead, he isn’t even a mechanic, He is an engineer, if he isn’t a mechanic, how can he diagnose my car or anyone else’s,(he can’t) More
